My friend Elisabeth (aka, the Duchess) sent me a link to this last week, and it's one of the best improv/performing art acts I've seen. Improv Everywhere is a NY based prank collective, and they do some really funny stuff, which you can view on their YouTube channel. I think this one is my favorite though. Basically, they get 200 volunteers to freeze in place on cue at Grand Central Station in NYC. People's reactions to this are pretty hilarious.
